Salesforce Administrator

 

 

ROLE:

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the implementation of Salesforce within the organization. Additionally, this position will be responsible for tracking activities of sales staff, tracking and follow up of leads/status of sales, assisting with post-sales activities, providing reports for management and supporting sales with anything needed. We require a candidate who has an excellent ability to manage deadlines, high attention to detail, highly analytical and ability to communicate with sales and management staff. Long term goals for this position would be too review existing processes and improve efficiency. In addition, the Salesforce Administrator will be involved with managing relations with third party service providers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Implementation of sales force

  • Track and managed sales activities

  • Provide reports to management

  • Follow up with sales staff on status of sales/leads

  • Coordinate post sales activities to ensure clients are set up efficiently

  • Review submitted applications to ensure accuracy

  • Provide feedback from sales staff to management

  • Troubleshoot any issue that effect the sales team

  • Review processes and improve efficiency

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3+years of experience in Sales/Project Coordination

  • Experience with implementing Salesforce

  • Advanced skill with MS Excel

  • Outstanding time management skills

  • Excellent ability to track data and sales activities

  • Excellent communication, highly organized, proactive with follow up

  • Able to work under pressure within strict deadlines

  • Experience with MS Project is considered an asset
